You’re sitting in the exam room waiting for your paper. Here are some tips to help you get through the big
exam.

1.  ( First  / Before  ) you start writing, read all the instructions carefully and slowly. Highlight any important details.

2.  ( Then  / When ), check the back of the paper. Are there any more questions? Many people forget to do this.

3.  When you’re ready to start, answer the easiest questions ( first  / next ).

4.  ( Before  / When  ) you find a difficult question, don’t spend too much time thinking about it. Move on to the next
question and come back to it at the end.
