INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND
A business plan is a writen plan that explains how a business activity is carried out so
that the goals that have been set can be achieved. A busiess plan can also be
interpreted as an activity to plan business.Maybe on of them is a men’s barbeshop
business.Why ? Because, in this modern era,the apperance is nto only women but
men are also competing to look cool.Good appearance can aslo make people
confident or better known as self confident and also attract the attention of
people or the opposite sex. This is an opportunity for business people to compete
in providing product, goods and services related to apparance.
Therefore, I took the intiative to plan a business in the field of haircuts,especialy
men.That’s because in my place , Radha I see a lot of young people , especialy
boys, who run to the city just to cut their hair , even thought they all have the
ability , just because the tools don’t exist.

The planned business is an individual haircut service that is specifically for men.I
named it “LARIS” because it esay to identivity and remember. In this
caompany there is a vision and mision, namely:
Vision : To provide the best haircut services for men in Radha and others.
Mision : To provide the best service to consumers with a contemporary
approach, acompanied, by maitaining a good emotional relantionship with
customers.
INNOVATION
To plan business , I took the initiative to present several innovations, with the aim of
attracting customers attetion. And here are some innovations :
a. Provide wi-fi
with limited staff and eguipment and causing a lot of queues while waiting,
customers ofthen feel bored. Therefore , this business presents wi-fi with the aim
that customers can use it and so as not the create boredom. With this innovation, a
good relantonship remains between the works.
