comprehensive profiling of the programs components such as
performance and the likes because of the program’s results. The
teacher will also be benefitted since they would understand the
factors related to the students learning and their feedback on that
note. The students will be most benefitted since would pave the
way to modification and improvement of STE programs in other
schools. This move, when done regularly, would ensure total
quality assurance.

METHODOLOGY

The study was conducted in the school offering STE program in the Division of Quezon, and
adopted a qualitative research design using personal exploration method. In particular, this study
used phenomenology as a form of qualitative research to illuminate the specifics to identify
phenomena through how they are perceived by the actors in a situation.
Using purposive sampling, it has nine students, 9 alumni and 9 teachers from the three schools
who participated in the study. The instrument that was used in this study is a set of questions for
the interview. These questions were crafted based on the interview guide adapted in Shamsa
Aziz, Munazza Mahmood, and Zahra Rehman (2018) in their study "Implementation of CIPP Model
for Quality Evaluation at School Level: A Case Study."

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS

Hence, it was revealed that the STE Program stakeholders and

participants are aware of their aims but needed some emphasis
on social needs. The elective subjects of the program need review
for it offers advancement among students in the program. ICT is
widely used in the program especially in continuous learning in
times of the pandemic. There is limited fund in public schools and
it is meant to be distributed to the population of students; thus,
there is also a limit to the availability of funding for the STE
students who only comprised the small percentage of the school
population; thus there is also limited facilities and equipment.
