will monitor more
than twice.
 SPT should guide
and help the project
team in resolving
problems especially
during the early
stage of the project
implementation.
Check progress and
compare the
performance before,
and after
implementing the
solution
 The project team
will submit a
progress report
using the project
monitoring report
form for the
information of the
SPT on the status of
the project.
Both the SPT and
PT will discuss the
recommendations/
action points
based on the
results of the
monitoring done
by the SPT.
