EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a part of CSP I choose St.Ann’s Girls High School as a community.
During my CSP I went to that school and I take the permission from Head
Master for conducting career guidance after 10th class to the students.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
 Students will become part of a community within the Mentoring Network that
provides insights and connections to help them make their career dreams a reality.
 Students will learn how to write professional documents (resume, cover letter, thank you letter)
to use for jobs, internships and post graduate program applications.

OUTCOMES:
After completion of awareness on career guidance after 10 th class the
students can able to have:
 Students participating in the Mentoring Network will be able to
describe/reflect on how interactions with their Mentor have influenced
their perspectives on the possibilities open to them after graduation.

in phirangipuram mandal of Guntur revenue division

I have complete my mini-project on “career guidance after 10th class student” to the
students in the school.as part of this program first I meet school head master and take the
permission from him and start collecting information from the students and teachers.
I collected the information from the students like their details & family details etc…..
After analysis details and I started my program an school.
The 10th standard or the matriculation exam is the first board exam and academic milestone
for a student. Once they clear this, they can choose subjects in their 10+2 based on their career
aspirations and interests. Apart from doing 10+2, a student can also pursue diplomas and
vocational courses after 10th. In this article, we examine the different types of courses and the
specializations available to students and some popular career options after 10th.
Career Options After 10th class:
 Most students progress naturally to 10+2 after 10th. They often choose subjects that can
help them prepare for college and their career. Apart from doing their 10+2, students in
their 10th class can also look at the following career options after 10th:
 Joining a diploma course
 Joining a polytechnic or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) for a vocational course
 Completing certificate courses
 Taking up an entry-level job
 Starting a business

The conclusion of community service project the main theme is
awareness program on “career guidance after 10thclass students”.
I mainly focus on career guidance after 10th enables you to find
out the pros and cons of the board and thus you're able to make the right
decision. Each board is different in its own way. Your aptitude and future
career plans let you decide which board will be perfect for you. For
assessing this, free career guidance helps a lot.
