1) CAUSES OF ROAD ACCIDENTS IN
HYDERABAD
I.CAUSES OF VEHICLE ACCIDENTS IN HYDERABAD

> OVERSPEEDING OF VEHICLE:-

over speeding and rash driving are two major


causes for the occurrence of road accidents
In Hyderabad.
> POOR ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE:-
 Many roads in Hyderabad lack basic things like proper street lighting, traffic signs
etc.

> DISTRACTED DRIVING:-


 Distracted driving includes using mobile phones and eating something while
driving.
> DRUNK DRIVING:-
 This includes driving under the influence of alcohols or drugs which is a major
cause of road accidents in Hyderabad.

> WEATHER CONDITIONS:-


 Weather conditions like rainy, foggy, etc reduce visibility and makes driving even
more dangerous.
II. CAUSES OF PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENTS IN
HYDERABAD.
> Distracted Walking:-
Distracted walking includes texting or using a phone while walking.

> Crossing outside of designated areas:-


Crossing outside of designated areas includes not using footpaths for
walking, and not using zebra crossing while crossing the roads.

> Intoxication:-
People walking on streets after
consuming alcohol or drugs are also
victim of accidents because of
unconsciousness.
