different service plans:

• BT Silver ‘Plus’ Service Plan

the Service Plan Letter, and is the
customer/prospect contact for any issue
relating to service.

The Customer Support Representative also


recommends what service plan and service
frequency is ideal for the customer/prospect’s
application and environment.

Up-selling is also part of the job.

All plans can be entered into before or at


point of delivery.

The ‘Plus’ plans are based on Premium Plan.

The ‘Plus’ plans can only be entered prior to


delivery. We cannot take extended warranty
responsibility if we don’t maintain the truck
from day one!

Minimum service frequency for the ‘Plus’


plans is 4 months or less.

Units on Rental contract receive a Premium


service plan, with a default frequency of 3
months. This may vary subject to the
application.

Rental units are the property of BT at the end


of the contract. The units are to be kept in top
condition at all times.

Damage is always chargeable to customer.


Repairs will be conducted immediately at
customer’s expense.

Always use genuine BT spare parts.

Rental tyre policy: Within the contract, BT


supplies one set of wheels per 18 months.
Additional wheels are chargeable.

Always use genuine BT spare parts.

On rare occasions the client may request


that a cheaper non-genuine alternative is
used. Explain the differences and the
possible risk of down time. These after
market parts are tagged with the extension
AM.

In some cases the client will supply the after


market parts (not recommendable).
