● The BOOBOO Business Unit is a startup that processes bamboo as an easily available commodity into
everyday products that are environmentally friendly and self-melting. BOOBOO business unit in cooperation
with PT. Indo Tekno Bambu as a holding company and collaborate with local communities to produce quality
and highly competitive bamboo processed products.

● We offer solutions to environmental problems, especially the accumulation of plastic waste in Bandung. The
products we offer are drinking and eating utensils that use natural ingredients and are Indonesian local wisdom,
namely bamboo. These products include: bamboo cups, bamboo tumblers, humpers and bamboo straws. The
marketing strategies we use include Word-of-Mouth, product exhibitions in collaboration with relevant
departments and technology Business Incubators, promotions using social media and websites, etc.

● For the production process supported by design studies, using workshops in PT. Indo Tekno Bambu, production
development in collaboration with Lab. POLMAN Bandung Technology Business Incubator Production.

● After conducting a financial analysis to carry out the development of the BOOBOO business unit, an additional
capital of Rp. 150.000.000,-,total projected revenue of Rp. 719.022,000,- net profit plan for 3 (three) years of Rp.

CONCLUSION
1. To provide solutions to environmental problems in Indonesia, especially Bandung and
opportunities and need to be followed up by finding creative solutions that can be applied,
namely making food and beverage equipment from environmentally friendly bamboo
materials.

2. Its business model uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) with a value proposition that
focuses on the community, customers, and company with revenue streams, among others,
that will be derived from the sale of cups, tumblers, humpers, and bamboo straws.

3. Our competitors have shortcomings where from production that do not use environmentally
friendly bamboo, we have raw materials that care for the environment, namely bamboo, go
through a manufacturing process, and also have Indonesian cultural destination.

4. This business is feasible to run because it is based on financial, marketing, operational, and
HR analysis so that it is feasible to run because it fulfills rational, feasible, and profitable
