THE CHASSIS LIFTING WILL END BY THE PUSHBUTTON RELEASE AND WILL KEEP THE ACHIEVED POSITION.
THE MAXIMUM LIFTING LIMIT IS CONTROLLED BY LEVEL SENSORS ACCORDING TO THE ECU CALIBRATION.
THE TIMING IS LIMITED AT 2 MINUTES TO EVOID ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC UNIT OVERHEATING

ACCORDING TO THE DRIVER NEEDS. WHEN THE IGNITION
KEY IS SWITCHED ON THE ECU PERFORMS A SYSTEM CHECK
AND A FASCIA WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATES FOR ABOUT 2
SECONDS BEFORE GOING OFF.

IF A SYSTEM FAULT IS DETECTED, THIS LIGHT REMAINS ON;


IN CASE OF COMPRESSOR OVERHEATING IT FLASHES .

THOUGH THE SYSTEM INCLUDES A BLINK CODE CHECK FOR


PRELIMINARY DIAGNOSIS,THE ECU IS EQUIPPED WITH AN
ADVANCED SELF- DIAGNOSIS PROCESS; THIS ENABLES IT TO
IDENTIFY SYSTEM FAULTS, EVEN INTERMITTENT ONES,

ALLOWING EASIER AND QUICKER INTERVENTION.

THE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF TWO


INDEPENDENT FRAME LEVEL
ADJUSTING CIRCUITS; ONE FOR
THE LEFT SIDE AND THE OTHER
FOR THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE.
BY OPERATING TWO FASCIA CONTROLS
(VEHICLE STAND STILL- HANDBRAKE ON)
IT IS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN:.
CHASSIS LOWERING - CHASSIS LIFTING
THE CHASSIS LEVELLING IS OBTAINED
AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE HANDBRAKE
IS RELEASED .

THE OPERATION CAN BE ACTIVATED WITH THE
VEHICLE STANDSTILL AND THE HANDBRAKE ON

OPERATION

PRESS THE FASCIA PUSHBUTTON (1), THE RELEVANT WARNING LIGHT (3) WILL INDICATE THE CHASSIS NOT IN
SELF- LEVEL POSITION BY FLASHING.
THE OPERATION WILL END WHEN THE CONTROL WILL BE RELEASED AND THE ACHIEVED LEVEL WILL BE KEPT
THE MAXIMUM LOWERING LEVEL IS DEFINED BY THE AIR SPRING STOPPERS

THE OPERATION CAN BE ACTIVATED WITH THE
VEHICLE STANDSTILL AND THE HANDBRAKE ON

OPERATION
PRESS THE FASCIA PUSHBUTTON (1), THE RELEVANT WARNING LIGHT (3) WILL INDICATE THE CHASSIS NOT IN
SELF- LEVEL POSITION BY FLASHING.
THE OPERATION WILL END WHEN THE CONTROL WILL BE RELEASED AND THE ACHIEVED LEVEL WILL BE KEPT.
THE MAXIMUM LIFTING LEVEL IS DEFINED BY:
• MAX. SHOCK ABSORBER TRAVEL
• MAX. ALLOWED AIR PRESSURE (10 BAR)
• ELECTRIC MOTOR THERMAL PROTECTION (105 0 C )

CHASSIS LEVELLING

OPERATION

THE CHASSIS LEVELLING IS OBTAINED AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE HANDBRAKE IS RELEASED.


THE ECU WILL ACTIVATE THE RELEVANT OPERATION ( LOWERING -LIFTING) UP TO THE SELF-LEVELLING
POSITION ACHIEVEMENT.
