Thank you for choosing EVENIRE for your upcoming function. We are delighted to present you
our arrangement offer for your confirmation.
We would like to ensure you that every single detail in your event will be
taken care of.
However, should have any other wishes or suggestions for the event; we
would be pleased to accommodate it accordingly.

TIME: 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

VENUE: Iloilo Convention Center, Mandurriao,

1-RESERVATION: Upon your signature, Adelfa and Partner Events and Services
will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other
reservations for that time date. For this reason, the Reservation Retainer
PHP5,000.00 is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the concert
canceled for any reason; including acts of God , fire, strike and/or extreme
weather. The Reservation Retainer is applied towards the contracted
concert service package. The Iloilo National High School and The Local
Government Unit understands and agrees that the entire amount owned for
the concert service package described in the contract is due 31 days prior to
Event.

2-CANCELATION: In the event that school. cancels the contracted services for
the concert outlined in this contract before the concert takes place, the
Retainer & all remaining monies owned per contracted complete payment
amount & will be forfeit a as services rendered as the contracted date has
been reserved strictly for INHS. If the client within 31 days of Retainer date,
all monies, in full, outlined in original Contract will be due, An addendum
must be provided & signed by the school.

3-METHOD OF RENUMERATION: Payment may be made by Payment Center


on http://www.adelfa&partners@gmail.com addressed to “Adelfa and
Partners Events and Services”. PROOF OF PAYMENT TO BE PROVIDED.
4-LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical , natural, or other
emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative, Adelfa & Partners
Events and Services will make every effort to secure a replacement minister
able and/or willing to perform the event services as chosen in this contract
at the same/similar charge. If such a situation should occur and a suitable
replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return
of all payments received for the concert service package.
5-ADD ON SERVICES: In the event that schools will be added on the current
prevailing rate of PHP800.00 per hour . Payment & signature is due at time
of extension.

Final Payments not made 31 days prior to Event as determined in this contract
will be subject to a PHP 3,000.00 late payment fee and late payment t fee
along with remaining balance is due no later than 7 business days prior to
Event.
