 THINGS NEED TO BE WORK ON
1.The menu was not descriptive. So we need to work on the
descriptive menu where the description of each food item
should be available.
2.Dine-in space was closed due to some mantainance
issue.
3. The sitting space was not sufficient.
4. Proper feedback and review message should be sent to
customer through w-sender. Also this will help in promotion
of the outlet.
5. Push notifications will help in getting more orders by
sharing Deal of the day/ daily offers to the customers.
6. Combos - There were only Four combos. We can
increase it to 8-10 combos this will attract more customers.
7. Quantity should be mentioned with each menu item.
(no. of pieces).
8. Platter- Introducing platter with more varieties will help in
incresing the no. of orders
