● Artificial intelligence can be defined as the
development of computer system that can perform
tasks that normally require human intelligence , such
as visual perception , speech recognition , decision
making , and languages translation.
● AI saves the agriculture sectors from different factors
such as climate change , population growth ,
employment issues in this field , and food safety.
CHALLENGES IN AGRICULTYRE USING TRADITIONAL METHODS

● Limited yield due to manual labour , simple tools , and

techniques and lack of teachnology.
● Monoculture , excessive tillage , and overuse of chemical
fertilizers can lead to soil degradation . This can
negatively impact crop growth and yield.
● Traditional agricuture methods rely on flood irrigation ,
which can lead to water wastage and scarcity.
● Pest and disease management by pesticides and
chemicals were prevalent which may cause
environmental pollution , resistance , and health
hazards for farmers and consumers.
● Limited access to markets causing low price for
products and thereby low income.
