When do we use the First Conditional?

We use the First Conditional for things that will possibly or

probably happen in the future if something happens.

If it rains, they won’t go to the beach.

We will be late if we miss the bus.

What will they think if I don’t finish the work?

If our teacher gives us a Maths test next week, I

won’t panic. Marco and I will study for it together if
he doesn’t have other things to do. We’ll get better
marks in the test if we prepare for it together. And
