Relation Between Health and Behaviour
◦ Healthy behaviours such as balanced diet,
exercise and sleep contribute positively to
the health of a person.
◦ Unhealthy behaviours such as addiction
bad diet affect the overall health of a
person.
◦ These unhealthy behaviours lead to many
health issues.
Ways to improve Behavioural Health
◦ Make social connection — especially face-to-
face — a priority.
◦ Stay active and exercise
◦ Talk to someone.
◦ Take up a relaxation practice and do things you
enjoy doing.
◦ Make leisure and contemplation a priority.
◦ Eat a brain-healthy diet to support strong mental
health.
◦ Don't skip on sleep.
