WHAT IS
PRINT
MEDIA?
Refer to paper publications such as books,
newspapers, magazines, journals, newsletters,
and other materials that are physically printed
on paper.

Newspaper- printed on a daily or weekly basis, it contains a
wide range of articles which appear on the different sections
such as news, business, lifestyle, sports, and entertainment
sections.

Two types of newspaper:


• Broadsheet- a newspaper that is printed in a large sheet of
paper.
• Tabloid - a newspaper that is about half the page size of
an ordinary news paper and that contains news in
condensed forms and much photographic matter.

Book - it is a reading material that can either be fictional or


nonfictional.

around the world,
