Training Program for Coaches / Trainers
• Program been approved by OSD (SGSU) as advised (April 1st week)
• Program not been approved by Secretary SAG, various versions:
1st Version: To do it in larger scale
2nd Version: To keep cap of 30 trainers under classroom training at 1 place
3rd Version : Conflict of opinion etc.
PLAN OF ACTION:
• Need to seek direct clarity from Secretary SAG in terms of his expectation for the program
• To reframe program as per his expectation and re-submit program for approval to conduct it in June
1st week
CHALLENGES:
• June month will be focused on counselling for DLSS admissions
• School to restart from June month – around 2nd week
• Priorities as per the upcoming Gujarat Legislative Assembly election strategies

Team Engagement:
a. Monthly 1 to 1 meet with PH to achieve following objectives:
• Dedicated session by spending generous time with each team members
• Bridging gaps by ensuring personalized training
• 2 way - Feedback mechanism
b. Team meet a month before every quarter ending to achieve following objectives:
• To review the quarterly status and identify gaps (intelligence gathering)
• To celebrate success and re-prioritize as per requirement for DLSS scheme
• To seek support from higher authorities
c. Cross Functional Roles to achieve following objectives:
• Play on individual strength by providing platform to gain expertise
• To develop leadership skills in terms of taking initiatives
• To ensure team building by supporting team members
School visits & gaps identification
• Status of DLSS School Visit Report on drive:
a. Food Monitoring – To keep close track visually as well as physically
b. Dashboard – Tour plan on weekly basis
c. School Visit Report – Timely update / filing and Call for Action
d. School Visit Evidence Folder – To have proof for progression (before-
after) and issues identified
e. School Document Folder – to add monthly training plan & food
report from coaches beside important letters / notices
