EHR or Electronic health records can be
defined as an electronic record of health –
related information on a patients or client's
medical history. It includes information such
as diagnoses, test results and medications.
It can also be created managed and
consulted by authorized clinicians and staff
across more than one healthcare organization.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, electronic health records have the potential to
change the dynamics of healthcare by providing a digital
platform for storing, tracking and sharing patient
information.
