Overview: Robert Waldinger’s study and
Simon Sinek’s concept
Robert Waldinger's study conducted through
the Harvard Study of Adult Development,
which has been ongoing for over 80 years,
stresses that “good relationships” are the key
to happiness and well-being throughout life.

Simon Sinek's concept highlights the Golden

Circle framework, which explains that great
leaders and organizations communicate from
the inside out, starting with the “Why,” then
moving to the “How,” and finally to the
“What.”
