Introduction
There are four ethnographic classification of
musical instruments namely Aerophones,
Chordophones, Idiophones and Membranophones.

Sound is created
by causing a body
of air to vibrate
Sound is created by
a vibrating string or
strings stretched
between two points
Sound is created by
the vibration of the
whole instrument.
Sound is created
by a vibrating
stretched
membrane
