 The Spoliarium art collective will start as
a Catanduanes based non-governmental
organization that will produce all forms of
art like film, music, paintings, literature,
photography, and dance
 The field and business of arts in the Philippines are
not supported by the government. Fueled by the love and
passion for arts it is a pleasure for the proponent to create
this art collective. The objective for this art collective is to
have a respectful and representation of the arts of the
Philippines that can be manifested not only to our country
but the world as well. The main objective of this art
collective is to help artist explore, experiment, and
express their passion and love for their art.
The name of the art collective was inspired by the
painting of Juan Luna Spoliarium as the painting
was a metaphorical view of our unredeemed reason
and aspiration to fight prejudice, fanaticism and
injustice. The Spoliarium art collective will also
serve as a platform for artist to freely express their
feelings, thoughts and ideas without the hindrance
of our unfair government.
 The Spoliarium art collective will be funded by Elon
Musk and the national commission for culture and arts
 In the art form of film this art collective will
provide the proper equipment and money to
produce short films and indie films. It will also
become a distribution company that will distribute
films for film festival like Cinemalaya and Cannes
film festival. The department of film will also
have workshops and film festivals throughout the
province
 In the art form of music the art collective will
provide equipment for aspiring musicians to
produce their desired music. The art collective
will not put labels to the musicians instead the
aspiring musicians will be given free will to
convey their music The art collective will also
create live shows and concerts for the musicians.
 In the field of literature the art collective will
create workshops and writing competition to
enhance the writing proficiency of upcoming
writers. The writers will have online contest via
wattpad, twitter, discord to express their thoughts
and feelings and as well as to craft their writing
skills.
For the art form of painting the art collective will
build a gallery for paintings and in the artform of
painting, tattoo art is included. The art collective
will also make tattoo convention where
consumers and tattoo artist can have a beneficial
relationship.
In the art form of photography the art collective
will start a photography business that creates
photo shoots for debuts, weddings, and other
special events
 As for the artform of dance the art collective is
intended to make a dance group as well as to have
a dance competition and contest.
 The main office of the Spoliarium art
collective is going to be located at Rawis, Virac,
Catanduanes at the boulevard of broken dreams
where goth girls, nihilist, vapers, skaters and artsy
people socialize.
 In order for an individual to become a
member of the Spoliarium art collective they
are required to pay for a membership fee per
month. The amount of money for the
membership fee is dependent on the art form
that an aspiring artist is going to pursue. Each
art form will have a department and a chairman.
The chairmen is required to facilitate each
department of the artforms.
 The main target demographic for this
organization is art enjoyers and enthusiasts.
The art collective is also open for quirky ideas,
astrology personality, main pop girl
stanposting, sadbois, gaslighters, egirls, indie
kids, cinephiles, audiophiles, leftist, Marxist,
feminist, mens rights, and other main character
stereotypes
In terms of its geographical scale the art collective
can only be visited in Cantanduanes although if it
becomes a huge success the art collective will have
branches across the country. The art collective is
easily accessible as the are collective will have an
official website, a discord server and pages
multiple pages across the internet, meaning that
anyone can contact the art collective.
The audience for the art collective is open for
everyone as we do not tolerate any form of
discrimination against a person be it their race,
gender, social status, etc
 The proponent is Louie John Segismundo an
aspiring filmmaker and artist, set to innovate and
invent new styles of filmmaking. The propopent
is an alumni from the university of the
philippines in bachelor of arts in psychology
This is the proponent's passion project a personal
and genuine love letter to arts that will become a
testament in the history of arts in our country
and the proponent hopes that it will become an
inspiration towards the future generation.
