Procedure:
1. Carefully break the eggs into a bowl.
2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat it.
3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
4. Sauté minced garlic in the pan until golden brown.
5. Put the beaten eggs.
6. Flip the egg over and until cooked.
