Check Before Starting PC750-7 Hydraulic

After Doing Walk Around Check Excavator 1

1- Check coolant level

Open door No. 1 in the rear left side of machine and check if
2
& coolant level inside sub tanks 2 are between FULL 3
LOW marks.
If coolant level is lower than LOW, open door 3 and add water
up to FULL level through caps 4.

2- Check engine oil level

Oil level should be between H and L mark on
.the dipstick (G) G F
.If necessary, add oil through filing port (F)

3- Check fuel level Fuel capacity: 880 L

.Check sight gauge (G) for fuel level F
If necessary, add fuel through filing port (F) while
G
checking sight gauge at the same
time.
Keep breather 1 of fuel tank cap open.
Drain water & sediment from fuel tank by
Opening drain valve 2 under the tank.

4- Check Hyd. oil level G 1

Put machine in position shown on the photo.
Wait for 15 seconds ,turn starting switch to ON
position and move work equipment control levers
in all directions in order to release internal
F
pressure.
Open Side door 1 and check oil level through sight
gauge G. Add oil if oil level is lower than L mark
through filler port F.

5- Check swing machinery oil level G

.Remove dipstick (G) and clean the oil on it

Insert dipstick into its port and remove it
.again
Add oil through dipstick port if oil level is
G
less than L mark.
Machine has 2 Swing machinery cases.

6- Check PTO case oil level

Open LH rear door and check if oil level is G
.between L & H mark on the gauge G
.Add oil if oil level is less then L mark

7- Check water separator

Drain water & sediment collected at the bottom of
:addition fuel filter as follows
1- Loosen plug 1 and drain water and sediment.
2- When fuel comes out from drain hose 3, tighten the
plug 1.

8- Check electric wiring

Check fuses for damage and correct capacity and wiring for short circuit or disconnection. Pay
.more attention to alternator and starting motor wirings
9- Check if horn sounds.
10- Check monitor panel
Turn starting switch to ON position before starting engine and check if all lamps on monitor light
.for 3 seconds and buzzer sounds for 1 second
