什么是扭伤?
• 扭伤也被称为韧带撕裂(英語: torn ligament ),是指关节内韧带的
拉扯或撕裂,通常是由于外伤突然迫使关节活动超出其功能性范围
而引起的。
• 通常是在外伤或运动损伤的情况下。慢性扭伤是由反复运动导致过
度使用引起的。
What is Sprain?
• A sprain is a stretching or tearing of ligaments — the tough bands of
fibrous tissue that connect two bones together in your joints. The most
common location for a sprain is in your ankle.
• A sprain occurs when you overextend or tear a ligament while severely
stressing a joint.
扭伤会有什么症状?
体征与症状
• 疼痛
• 肿胀
• 瘀傷
• 关节不稳
• 负重困难
• 损伤关节的工作能力或活动范围下降
• 韧带断裂可能会在受伤时引起破裂或爆裂声

扭伤的处理方法
我们可以用一个方法称为 RICE
• R=Raise the limb (抬高肢体)
• I=Ice the area (冰敷受伤的区域)
• C=compress the area (压紧受损区域)
• E=Elevate the injury (减低伤势)
