SCRAP REMOVAL SECTION
 Automatic set up of gap between upper and lower transfer roll.
 Pneumatically controlled of 3 set of brushes for moving up/down(use or not use).
 Lower beater bar/shaft can be moved up and down(use or not use).
 Air knife with two blowers for blowing the die cut wastes.
 The whole carriage of upper transfer rollers shafts can be raised up for house keeping
and maintenance.
 Extended wastes conveyor unit underneath the slotter through the scrap removal unit.
 The waste removal percentage can reach to 95% if the die cut waste size is chopped
off to the recommended 3cm * 3cm.
