 Identify Finance and Business partners for the

offerings involved
 Identify MOD/DWP dedicated Headcounts and POs
 Create dedicated MOD/DWP cost centers – liaise with
the accounts for any specific requirements
 Move HC/POs to dedicated cost centers
 Identify RM finance process owner

 Process to be restarted December MEC the earliest

 Legacy ABS resources are mixed with ITO resources
