Definition of communication
Communication is the process of
exchanging information, ideas,
thoughts, and feelings between
individuals or groups through verbal
and nonverbal means. It involves
encoding messages into symbols or
language that others can
understand, transmitting these
messages through various channels
such as speech, writing, or body
language, and decoding them to
extract meaning.

3
The importance of body language

Nonverbal communication, such as

body language, is a crucial part of
the job interview. During the
exchange, your body language can
make a stronger and more lasting
impression than your words.

4
Type of body language
We can distinguish conscious and
unconscious body language,
although the boundary between
the two fluctuates. Only a very
small part of body language is
conscious; the rest is unconscious.
