JC’s Learning Center, sees the learner as a discoverer


through their own experiences and actively engaged in a
high-quality cooperative learning and guided interactions
with his environment, wherein teaching approaches are
flexible, fun and carefully matched to the needs of the
learner at their own pace. It is a school that proudly
provides a safe and accessible place of learning.

• Teaching Staff

• JC’S learning Center is preferably looking for a teacher wherein a graduate of related degree
course in Early Childhood Education or another related field course. Ideal candidate must be able
to communicate effectively, fallow state and curriculum guidelines andmost important must
know already their duties and responsibilities to the child. In additional we all know that children
is not really easy to teach them because some of them are not fully ready to commit in schooling.

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: P537.00 to P89.50/hours

• Duties and Responsibilities

• Duties and responsibilities of Preschool Teachers include developing
and delivering interactive learning programs designed to engage and
educate young children.
• Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
• Provide basic needs for children
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during
learning and play activities
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning
styles of children
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals

JC’S Learning Center is composed of Owner/Director Program


Development, Administrator, Finance, Operation Head, and
Facilitator/Teacher.
• Owner/Director Program Development – the one who’s responsible for overseeing all aspects, including hiring staff,
managing the budget and advertising the program to potential participants.

• Administrator – involved to establish and promote standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic
performances and responsibility of behavior.
• - approves all the proposal and budgets for the school.

• Human Resources – is the one who’s responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers and also, they
may handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.

• Operation Head – the one who’s responsible a day-to-day operation and ensure health and safety of the whole school.

• Facilitator– is the one who’s responsible for preparing a lesson to educate their students at their levels and to ensure that
every child has the opportunity to experience success and learn according to individual needs.

• Finance - updates financial records by documenting each transaction, and processing invoices and orders and also the pay
roll.

B. School Site Sketch and Description
• Ownership:
• The Land and Building owned by the administrator, with an area of
210 square meter with 3 classrooms small playground and parking
area. Acquired year 2018, converted from residential to commercial
and with a market value of:
• Land Php 1,000,000.00
• Building Php 1,700,000.00
• Location:
• The preschool is located at Zone 3, San Juan, Magarao, Camarines Sur.
It is a corner lot and is about 7kilometers or 10-15 minutes ride away
from Naga City proper. The place is can be easily located because it is
along the highway, near the Magarao Convention Hall and Magarao
Church.

• The assessment shall be done at four categories following the criteria below:

• The levels are defined as follows:
• Knowledge - content of the curriculum, the facts and information that the students acquire.
• Process - cognitive operations that the student performs on facts and information for the purpose of constructing meanings
and understandings.
• Understandings - enduring big ideas, principles and generalizations inherent to the discipline, which may be assessed using
facets of understanding.
• Products/Performances - application in real life of understanding as evidenced by the student’s performance of authentic
tasks.
• Levelsof Proficiency

• At the end of the quarter, the performance of students shall be described in the report card, based
on the following levels of proficiency:
• Beginning – The student at this level struggles with his/her understanding; prerequisite and
fundamental knowledge and or skills have not been acquired or developed adequately to aid
understanding.

• Developing – The student at this level possesses the minimum knowledge and skills and core
understandings, but needs help throughout the performance of authentic tasks.
• Approaching Proficiency – The student at this level has developed the fundamental knowledge
and skills and core understandings and with little guidance from the teacher and/or with some
assistance from peers, can transfer these understandings through authentic performance tasks.
• Proficient – The student at this level has developed the fundamental knowledge and skills and core
understandings, and can transfer them independently through authentic performance tasks.
• Advanced – The student at this level exceeds the core requirements in terms of knowledge, skills
and understandings, and can transfer them automatically and flexibly through authentic
performance tasks.
• The level of proficiency at which the student if performing shall be based on a numerical
value which is arrived at after summing up the results of the student’s performance on the
various levels of assessment. The numerical values are as follows:

E. Community Relation

• JC’S Learning Center may not be only surrounded by the


teachers and students but also it has more branches to
have a good community relation. This chart shows how
school integrate community relation. Each branch is
really important to the development and improvement
of the school specially the developments and learnings
of each student. These branches have important role to
establish strong working relationship among others
school and also it may help the school to operate well
and give more chances and opportunities to all job
seekers and to the new enrollees.
