TITLE: “The Impacts of Cutting Trees in the Community of

Barangay Jambawan, Lila, Bohol”

What is known and unknown?

My topic is how cutting trees affect in the environment, economy

and social fabric of the community. Known to raise more awareness
about the importance of preserving trees and promoting sustainable
forest management practice. To understand more how climate
change faster nowadays and to discover the basis of what is the best
practices to counter climate change .
Why I choose this topic?

I chose to conduct this study to understand the real impacts of tree

cutting in Barangay Jambawan comprehensively. As a researcher,
my goal is to explore how cutting trees affects the environment,
economy, and social fabric of the community. By doing so, to aim
to raise awareness about the importance of preserving trees and
promoting sustainable forest management practices.
Overview

The community of Barangay Jambawan in Lila, Bohol, faces

significant challenges due to tree cutting, a practice with far-
reaching consequences for both the environment and the people
who depend on it. Trees play a crucial role in sustaining ecosystems,
regulating climate, and providing resources vital for livelihoods.
However, the increasing rates of deforestation in Barangay
Jambawan raise concerns about the sustainability of local
ecosystems and the well-being of its residents.
