“Learning by Executing”
The Go-Live Experience (GLX) workshop is a project simulation in which participants experience
an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation with selected baseline scope. Workshop
participants act as key users on the SAP S/4HANA implementation team for Bikes4All, a fictitious
midsize enterprise. The implementation project team is guided by an adviser who introduces them
to the Go-Live (Activate) Methodology. The team’s mission is to prepare the solution for live
operations.

This is not an application or technical training event.

This workshop is intended for consultants that have completed
and passed their SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Line of
Business certification, and the certification is current.

2. Create a Project
1. Select S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, 3-system Landscape as the task template
2. Project Name : BR-GLX-GroupXX
3. Create time boxes for all the phases
4. Create your team and do their onboarding
5. Create Scope for your scope items
6. Refine the Scope of your project
7. Assign tasks to your team
8. Take a screenshot and upload to your folder in the Workspace
