How to send Form
16/16A in bulk?

Send Mail : This option has been added to send the Form 16/16A , computation to

Select the file type from Form 16 , Form 16A or computation India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

Click on Templates option to send the mail of Form 16 , 16A or Computation in bulk. India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

After clicking on the Template option a screen will appear to enter the Subject and message
to be saved for the update. India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

Enter the Subject type and then enter the message .
Use <name> for Name and Use <pan> for PAN number of the Employee or Party. India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

After saving the template, saved template will reflect at the end of the screen. India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

Similarly save the template for Form 16 A, Computation . After that save the details by

After entering all the details click on Save Settings option to save the details . Click on

• Firstly , generate the computation of all employees in a folder.

• Update the Email Id of employees in bulk.
• Send the Computation to all employees in bulk.
Generate the computation for all employee in bulk through Computation Report for Employee
option. Select the employee name and then Click on View Word option India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

After clicking on View Word select the Separate File option to generate the computation files
separately then click on the checkbox Save As PDF then click on OK. India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

After that it will start processing the data then select a location to save the files. After that
computation of all employees PDF files will be generated in the selected folder. India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

Bulk Computation Mail to Employee : A new option has been added in Send Mail to Send
the Computation of the Employee in bulk. India’s Leading ‘e’ Compliance

Click on Browse then select the folder in which the file has been generated.

After the selection of PDF, location of the pdf will reflect then click on Load Details option.

After clicking on load details, all the details of employee along with the email will reflect.

After that select the saved template in Subject option.

At the end a mail will be received by the employee of computation.
