    Production Meeting Report 10/31

    Production Meeting, held in Walker 210 Late: none Absent: Nathan P. (excused) Injuries: none Notes: Sound/Costumes-Will make some early calls for rehearsal sometime next week to test micing with costumes Overview: Set: regular rake instead of compound. stencil for ceiling is done. color for floor is still being refined, but mostly finished. Lights- light plot is finished. ordering gel today. will test light with costumes today. Sound/Costumes- Anthony will have costume change with a wig, full beard and makeup for PH (could probably put mic in wig). Laura will have 3 costume changes having about 10 min for each (probably put wireless pack in bussell) her hair stays the same. Props: will call Elderly Instruments in Lansing for Viol renting prices, researching ships, will look for furniture today, clock is chosen and will have a driver in it. Costumes: rentals are in. Next meeting: Wednesday, November 7th -Walker 210 Call: 3:00 pm
