2nd Production Meeting

Props- Printed list done

Started Sandwich board

Pulling and working on props

Need rehearsal props by the end of next week

Lights- Cue Sheet and Light Plot done

Making electrician sheet

Hoping to be done hanging by the end of Thursday

Costumes- Having cast try on costumes today

Done pulling costumes but they still have things they may need to buy

Costumes needed from the cast by 1st day of tech week at latest

The costumes needed from the cast will be noted later

Actors- Blocking starting end of next week

Sound- all sheets (mic, cue, SFX ,etc.) are done

Will be starting work on SFX Friday

Recording Election voices first but will record TOS voices as soon as possible (recordings will be
on Wednesdays or before 4:15 when Turley gets here)

Pence has the Sutton Foster voice recording

Answering Machine voice (You have one new message) will be recorded from a phone where
there is an actual voice recording person. If there is fuzziness it will be summed up as an effect of the
time period in technology revolution.

Next Rehearsal Report: Can anyone with an old cell phone (original I-Phone, slide phone, etc.) bring it to
practice as a possible prop use.

Rehearsal Friday will be done between 4:30 and 5.
