We always ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with our services. We are really sorry for the trouble that our company made in delivers your company products to London. On the other hand, we have investigated and found that your company orders have come late because of the late delivering from the shipping company. Our company has sent your product in port on 20th March 2013 but the Shipping Company delivers the product at 21th March 2013. Moreover, my company found that your damage product is not our company faults but the Shipping Company faults. Because the officer of Shipping Company that sent your product to London use hooks to put your product and we assume that is not our faults. So, we cannot take the responsibility to pay a half of your financial loss. We suggest that you should ask the responsibility from Shipping Company for it.
