1 Log into the ICL System as a Administrator Verify the application displays the landing page to 2 the user. Click on Create\Locate a case section and verify the following options are displayed New Case Creation and Locate an existing case New Case creation has following fields Person ID Test Field Name Test field with a people picker icon next to the field Pick and Manually Add radio button Reported On Intake source Dropdown Relationship Dropdown Type Dropdown Assigned To Me or Others Radio button 3 Continue Button

Click on My Existing cases and verify My Existing cases section displays the following options A grid with following columns Assign (link/button) Case Number Type Topic Reported By Case created for Assigned To Entity (listing all entities on the case) Date Created Status Days Open In Current Status Closed Date Comments Docs (The link is only viewable if the case has moved to acknowledgement phase or is closed) Action Required Case Created For Level Exception Status Tag Independence P/P/D Link to the Documents for a case The cases be classified based on their status and 3 display accordingly
