SKILL OBJECTIVES: Using the present perfect tense; interviewing; writing an informative paragraph. Have a student interview first you, then several classmates with the first few questions. Model the correct answer structures. Show how to note the essential information on the interview chart. Point out the use of simple past vs. present perfect. Note that the second question is asked only if the first answer is yes. Provide as much group practice as needed, then have students form pairs and interview each other.
