The study was conducted to analyze the level of awareness of the residents of Dangcagan, Bukidnon on the variability of the atmospheric temperature, rainfall amount and regime and even the frequency of droughts and rainy seasons occurrences for the past thirty years. Descriptive analysis was used to account the different climatic parameters considered in this study. Result showed that in year 1980-1990 and 1991-2001, the respondents were seriously affected by flood and their livelihood changed due to the increase and changes of rainfall, and during the year 1991-2000, evidence of temperature increase was mostly agreed by the respondents which therefore contributed to a large extent to the farmers who were really affected by the change that may lead also to decline of forest resources. The respondents of Dangcagan, Bukidnon were highly aware on the issues of extreme climate variability in the year (2001-2010). This may contribute to occurring natural calamities which are devastating and were highly sensationalized through mass media such as news papers, television and radio broadcast.
