The education system will strengthen the Zionist, Jewish, democratic, and social values. Foster a climate that strengthens a sense of belonging and protection; empowerment that includes student, teacher, and parent involvement. The educational system will strive to promote excellence as a way of life, improve achievement, and advance the quality of thinking. Education towards creativity, critical thinking, and development of independent learning. The education system will strive to reduce the learning gap. The education system will be effective and efficient; it will serve the needs of the individual as well as the school community.
