Weekly Curriculum:
Theme: Australia! Color: We learnt the color BLUE. The color of the water surrounding Australia the ISLAND! Letter: Revised M and L words. Like Monkey, Moon, Muffin, Mango, Mummy, Lion, Lamp, Lizard and Lady bird Number: The numbers we focused this week were 3 and 7. For number 3 we did a worksheet and for number 7 we beaded 7 fruits using string Shape: Rectangle is the shape we focused on as we learnt the Australian flag! Fruit: One interesting fruit we learnt this week is SUGARCANE! It looks like a stick but tastes like a sugar Character education: N/A

Songs of the week

(tune-bits of paper) Cuddly Koalas, Cuddly Koalas. Possums, too, Possums, too. Wallabies and Wombats, Wallabies and Wombats. Kangaroos, Kangaroos.

With Republic day around the corner we will celebrate the joy of being an INDIAN! We will go over some of the eminent leaders and few reasons that make us proud to be Indians.
