‫ﻗﺎل‪) :‬وﻻ ﻳﺠﺐ اﻟﻮﺿﻮ ُء ﻣﻦ اﻟﻘُﺒﻠﺔ وﻣﺲ اﻟﻤﺮأة ﺑﺸﻬﻮة أو ﻏﻴﺮ ﺷﻬﻮة( وهﻮ ﻗﻮل ﻋﻠ ّ‬

‫وﻟﻨﺎ‪ :‬ﻣﺎ روي ﻋﻦ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ أﻧﻬﺎ ﺳﺌﻠﺖ ﻋﻦ هﺬﻩ اﻟﺤﺎدﺛﺔ ﻓﻘﺎﻟﺖ‪» :‬آﺎن رﺳﻮ ُل اﷲ ﻳﻘﺒﻞ ﺑﻌ َ‬
‫ﻳﺨﺮج إﻟﻰ اﻟﺼﻼ ِة وﻻ ﻳﺘﻮﺿُﺄ«‪ .‬وﻷن اﻟﻤﺲ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﺤﺪث ﺑﻨﻔﺴﻪ وﻻ ﺳﺒﺐ ﻟﻮﺟﻮد اﻟﺤﺪث ﻏﺎﻟﺒ ًﺎ ﻓﺄﺷﺒﻪ ﻣﺲ اﻟﺮﺟﻞ‬
‫اﻟﺮﺟﻞ واﻟﻤﺮأة اﻟﻤﺮأة؛ وﻷن ﻣﺲ أﺡﺪ اﻟﺰوﺟﻴﻦ ﺻﺎﺡﺒﻪ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﻜﺜﺮ وﺟﻮدﻩ ﻓﻠﻮ ﺟﻌﻞ ﺡﺪﺛ ًﺎ ﻟﻮﻗﻊ اﻟﻨﺎس ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺮج ﺑﺪا ﺋﻊ‬
‫‪.‬اﻟﺼﻨﺎﺋﻊ‬
‫ﻗﺎل ﺳﻔﻴﺎن اﻟﺜﻮري وأﺑﻮ ﺡﻨﻴﻔﺔ واﻷوزاﻋﻲ‪ ،‬وأآﺜﺮ أهﻞ اﻟﻌﺮاق‪ ،‬وﻃﺎﺋﻔﺔ ﻣﻦ أهﻞ اﻟﺤﺠﺎز اﻟﻤﻼﻣﺴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ذآﺮ اﷲ ﻋﺰ‬
‫وﺟﻞ ﻓﻲ آﺘﺎﺑﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ‪} :‬أو ﻟﻤﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﻨﺴﺎء{‪» ،‬أو ﻻﻣﺴﺘﻢ« ـ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻗﺮىء ﻣﻦ ذﻟﻚ آﻠﻪ‪ ،‬هﻲ اﻟﺠﻤﺎع ﻧﻔﺴﻪ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﺐ‬
‫ﻟﻠﻐﺴﻞ‪ ،‬وأدﻧﻰ ذﻟﻚ ﻣﺲ اﻟﺨﺘﺎن وأﻣﺎ ﻣﺎ آﺎن دون ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻘﺒﻠﺔ واﻟﺠﺴﺔ وﻏﻴﺮهﺎ‪ ،‬ﻓﻠﻴﺲ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻼﻣﺴﺔ وﻻ ﻳﻨﻘﺾ‬
‫‪.‬اﻟﻮﺿﻮء‪ ،‬وهﻮ ﻣﺬهﺐ اﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎس وﻣﺴﺮوق وﻋﻄﺎء واﻟﺤﺴﻦ وﻃﺎوس‬

‫ﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ »أن اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ اﻟﺼﻼة واﻟﺴﻼم آﺎن ﻳﻔﺘﺘﺢ اﻟﻘﺮاءة ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻤﺪ ﷲ رب اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﻦ‬
‫وﻟﻨﺎ)أي ﻣﺬهﺐ ﺡﻨﻔﻲ( ﺡﺪﻳﺚ ﻋﺒﺪاﷲ ﺑﻦ اﻟﻤﻐﻔﻞ رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻋﻨﻪ إﻧﻪ ﺳﻤﻊ اﺑﻨﻪ ﻳﺠﻬﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺴﻤﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺼﻼة‬
‫ﻓﻨﻬﺎهﻌﻦ ذﻟﻚ ﻓﻘﺎل‪» :‬ﻳﺎ ﺑﻨﻲ إﻳﺎك واﻟﺤﺪث ﻓﻲ اﻹﺳﻼم ﻓﺈﻧﻲ ﺻﻠﻴﺖ ﺥﻠﻒ رﺳﻮل اﷲ وﺥﻠﻒ أﺑﻲ ﺑﻜﺮوﻋﻤﺮ رﺿﻲ اﷲ‬
