GLUTEN FREE CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE

c 1c 8 oz 1t 2 ea 1T 1c 1/3 c c 3T t t 1/8 t butter cane sugar cream cheese vanilla eggs cinnamon brown rice flour potato starch almond flour tapioca starch baking powder xanthan gum salt

Streusel: c brown rice flour c walnuts, chopped 1/8 c rolled oats c cane sugar 1T cinnamon huckleberries Creaming method. Pour batter into greased and sugared spring-form pan. Top with a layer of huckleberries and cover with streusel. Bake at 350. Cool completely before removing from pan and cutting.
