Punjena lisnata srca

Potrebno je:

- 2 pakovanja lisnatog testa ( 1 kg) - unka ili bekon slanina - trapist - origano - 2-3 kaike mleka - susam

Lisnato testo ostavite sat-dva na sobnoj temperaturi da se opusti, a onda ga na pobranjenoj podlozi razvucite na 1/2 cm debljine. Sa modlicom vadite srca ili neki drugi oblik po elji. Slaite ih na pleh obloen papirom za peenje.

Uz pomo etkice, premaite svako srce sa malo mleka, a onda stavite malo unke ili bekon slanine,rendani trapist i origano. Svako srce preklopite sa novim i pritisnite ivice. I gornje srce premaite sa mlekom,a zatim pospite susamom.

Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 25 minuta, dok ne porumeni.
