A RESOLUTION REQUESTING MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HON. ATTY. MARY JEAN D. FELICIANO, TO ALLOCATE FUNDSFOR THE PROPOSED PARKING AREA AT CHEVER WHEREAS, the number of people with mental illness is constantly increasing in Brookes Point, Palawan with Barangays Mainit and Imulnod as the most affected areas; WHEREAS, the people with mental illness are out of control and poses grave threat to the people of the aforementioned communities; WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to put up a Mental Health Facility to keep the people with mental illness off the streets as it is a duty of the LGU to protect the welfare of the community; WHEREAS, Barangay Mainit has been identified as conducive for a Mental Facility as it is accessible to the general public; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Coun. Bernardo D. Abengoza Jr. duly seconded by the Body, be it; RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved in session assembled to request Atty. MaJean D. Feliciano, Municipal Mayor, to put up a Mental Health Facility in Barangay Mainit, Brookes Point, Palawan RRESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution will take effect upon its approval. UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED. . I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing resolution.
