&ver the course of this of this semester I have learned a lot of different exercising techni'ues. I will be able to take the techni'ues and use them in my daily life. *eing healthy and exercising is a great way to extend your life. I am lanning on becoming a firefighter and firefighters have to be in great sha e to be able to erform their +obs. *eing hysically fit is key to be able to survive as a firefighter.

,. -eneral ideas for im roving this course? I think that this course is very well ut together. .here were a lot of different exercises that I ex erienced throughout the semester. It was nice not to have to do the same workouts over and over. I can/t think of anyway to really im rove the course.
