Planning the interviews

To prepare for the interviews, I conducted research into the interviewees role in the committee and thought about which questions would result in informative answers. The questions I intended to ask were: 1. What is your role in the committee and what does it involve? 2. How did you get involved in the committee? 3. How do you get the community involved? 4. Do you know about the roles of the other committee members? 5. What does this event mean to you? 6. How are you going to attract new members?
