Objectives:
Plants Parts and Functions: The learner will be able to explain the functions of different plant structures that are responsible for the following processes: reproduction- pistil, stamen --transport system- roots, xylem, and phloem --obtaining and releasing energy- roots, chloroplasts(MPS7-16) Reproduction: The learner will be able to explain the importance and how reproduction is essential to the survival of a species (i.e. the failure of a species to reproduce can lead to extinction of the species). (PS7-14)
