Grade One Homework April 28th May 1st

You have until Thursday to complete and return your homework. Sight Words: girl, pretty, animal, teacher Word Work: Practice printing your sight words on a piece of paper. Be sure the letters touch all the right lines. Next, choose your favorite word work game to practice your words. Math: Complete the Math practice sheet in your homework duotang. Reading: 1) Read at home each night for at least 10 minutes from either your Take-Home books or from Raz Kids. Retell a story you just read in your own words to someone at home. Remember to include setting (where the story takes place), characters, problem and resolution (how the problem was solved). 2) Share the new student biography with someone in your family. Reminders: *Please return library books and homework/take-home books by Thursday at the latest. **Grade 1&2 Choir Performance at Music Festival (FHS Theatre)on Tuesday at 9:40 am. **No school for students on Friday, May 2nd.
