Calendar:
• Special Board Meeting (FHA discussion) – Thurs., September 17th @ 7:00 p.m. - Verify
• Regular Board Meeting – Thursday, October 8th @ 7:00 p.m.

Discussion Items:
• Foundation crack (1D) approved $1400 – 1600 for repairs
o Includes sealing crack 1 foot below ground level and restoring interior drywall
damage
• Cooler leak 11A – Jodi to notify Dan Harper
• Roof restoration: approved $1200 for wood sheathing on Building 14
• Accounting receivables include:
o Unpaid roofing assessment: 1D, 8B, 9D, 12C, 12D, 15A
 Verify that lien was issued for 12D - Tanner
 Liens to be issued on all units that have not paid anything towards
assessment, in addition to 7C, 9C, and 13C - Tanner
• Snow removal bids include:
o Terraworks: $50/push on driveway and $65/ice management - Total $115
 Current landscaper - includes split blade advantage
o Cory: $110 for driveway
 Last year’s snow removal service – no increase in price
o Third bid: To be included as e-mail attachment for review - Tanner
Snow removal decision to be made by next meeting
 Fall clean-up:
o Request gutter bids – Kathy/Tanner
o Arrange for tree/leaf clean-up with Terraworks (end of Oct. or early Nov. -
depending on weather) – Kathy/Megan/Tanner
 Winter parking issues:
o Fran Tuoti – possible parking violation
 Verify valid licensing for second adult driver – Dave/Quinn
o Obtain church parking approval
 Verify number of parking places/registered owners – Quinn
 FHA Renewal notification (reference letter in Board Meeting Packet, pg 16)
o FHA approval ends October 1, 2009
 Board to research options – review in special meeting
 Review updated CC&R’s

 Contact Geneva to arrange for leftover asphalt – Dave/Quinn

 7C Vandalism incident:
o Unable to contact Lucia Greenland, parent of Paris – Deanna/Lamont
