The details that stand out to me in the painting Guernica is the fact that everything is distorted or
not normal and no distinct shapes are used. Some questions that are sparked by the painting is
what does this painting represent? When I look at the painting I see grief,chaos and pain. What is
making them so upset and causing them so much pain? A conclusion I can make based on the
information given is that the grief or pain in the painting is being caused by death,possibly war,by
him painting the knife at the bottom of the painting.
