The details that catch my attention in this artwork are the arms and legs, and all of the faces. I have
a few questions about this artwork. The first is what what did the author see, or hear, or smell, or
feel, or think that inspired the artist to create this work of art? Another question that I have is what
do all of the screaming faces and open mouths represent? My final question is why are these
figures protruding from such strange areas? From this painting I can conclude that the artist was
most likely in much pain when painting. I feel the artist was feeling very expressive at the time.
