After the German Air force bombed the city of Guernica in 1937, Pablo Picasso painted Guernica painting to show what
he saw. This painting is very descriptive it shows people lost and suffering from the air strike. Some of the things that
stand out are the people laying at the bottom hurt and possibly dead. I also notice the limbs on the bottom and the
animals that seem lost and in pain. This painting has brought me a few questions. One of these is why does Picasso
paint his painting's characters in different shapes? Another question I had was did this many people suffer from the air
strike? In this picture it looks like a lot a people suffered. I can conclude from this picture that Picasso observed a very
terrible event from looking at this painting.
